• I have full rights to refuse your commission
• please provide clear visual reference
(no text and no pixelated / blurry images)
• commission is dropped if there are no responses within 1 week
• I reserve the right to display and link the artwork on social media and use it as promotional material
Payment
• pricing will be decided by me, with set guidelines depending on the complexity
• half of the payment shall be paid upfront, the rest of the payment must be given before receiving the finished product
• payments shall be made through PayPal (USD ONLY)
commercial fees
• For commercial rights I will take a one time 20% fee of the total order
refund policy
Refunds are available under these conditions:
• I take longer on your commission than the promised time frame
• during the sketching phase
process
• once I receive the request, I will finish all other commissions and then begin yours
• sketch shall be finished within 4 days of starting
• If you don't like the sketch, I can revise it 3 times before adding an extra $5.
• wait time may take 1 month+
